What makes a good photo?

Their face toward the camera, with both ears in view. Old photos, prints and screenshots are fine. Use the clearest you have.

Do I need a photo of the two of you?

No. One photo of you and one of your pet, taken at different times, are enough.

Will it look like my pet?

We note their ears, coat and markings before we start, and you can check each detail. It's AI, so details can differ, and that's why you see every preview before you pay. If none feels right, you don't need to buy anything.

What do I get, and how fast?

A full-size digital file, 3712 × 4608 px, without a watermark. You can download it right after payment; the full-size file follows within minutes, and we email you the link too.

Can I print it?

Yes. It prints sharp up to about 12 × 15 in, and well at 16 × 20 in. We don't ship prints or frames. See Printing your portrait.

Can I get a refund?

You see each portrait before you buy it, so all sales are final and we don't refund a change of mind. If a file you bought won't download or isn't the preview you chose, write to us and we'll replace it. See our terms.

What happens to my photos?

We use them only to make your portraits. If you don't buy, your photos and previews are kept for up to 7 days. We don't use them to train AI, and you can delete everything at any time.

Can I use old photos?

Yes. Old photos, prints, screenshots and photos from chats are fine. Use the clearest one you have.

Is it AI?

Yes. The portraits are imagined by AI from your photos. They are not real photographs.
